G.K. Industries grew out of Promax Industries, founded in 1984 by the Late Shri T.N. Sharma. From its first year the company supplied sheet metal to Uno Minda, and it remains one of Uno Minda's oldest suppliers today.
We make precision sheet metal components: stampings, washers, terminals, insulation parts, gaskets and brackets, in metals from CRCA to phosphor bronze and in non-metals such as bakelite and glass epoxy. All forming is done in the die. Sub-assemblies use spot and projection welding.
Our plants in Faridabad run progressive tools on automated presses, backed by an in-house tool room. Our Electroplating Zinc Alkaline Barrel Facility at Ballabhgarh, commissioned in May 2025, plates in blue, yellow and black trivalent passivation, so stamping and finishing come from one supplier.
Every press is connected to Leafnet IoT. In 2025 our lines produced over 343 million components, with lot-level traceability on every part.

Machine status, operator, part number and output for each press are visible in real time. Stoppages show up in red the moment they happen, so they get fixed before they reach your delivery schedule.
Progressive, blanking and forming dies on mechanical presses, running high-volume parts at repeatable quality.
Forming, coining, flanging and profiling are built into the die, so parts reach final shape in the press tool.

Self-locking push nuts that press onto a shaft or stud and hold without threads. The locking fingers are formed in the die for a consistent grip, lot after lot.
Stamped, drawn and formed parts: cups, caps, clips, brackets, retainers and housings, all formed in the die.
Plain and special washers in a wide range of IDs, ODs and thicknesses, including square-hole and self-locking designs.
Electrical terminals and lugs for automotive and instrument applications, including terminals assembled with pins.
Blanked and pierced insulating parts, from small spacers to large plates, cut to drawing.
Flat ring gaskets and shims blanked to size, with or without bolt holes.
Mounting brackets and support plates with pierced holes and formed profiles.
In-house plating. Parts can be supplied finished from our Electroplating Zinc Alkaline Barrel Facility at Ballabhgarh (since May 2025), with blue, yellow or black trivalent passivation. One supplier for stamping and plating, with one point of traceability.
